Ryabinushka LLC

Ryabinushka Limited Liability Partnership was set up in July 1993, and was restructured in 1996 into Ryabinushka Limited Liability Company. Due to a change in its profile, on November 28, 2011, it was finally restructured through the merging of several companies into Ryabinushka LLC.

Galina Fedorovna Kuchinskaya is the permanent founder and head of the Company. She began her work history at age 18, working in the Shchuchinsk dining rooms in what was then the Kazakh ASSR. She then moved with her husband and young son to harsh Yakutia where she has been working until this day. She was given numerous certificates and awards for her work during this period.

Galina Fedorovna created Ryabinushka LLP in 1993. This was initially a small grocery store, which began to grow over time. A small hot meals shop was set up. Contracts were entered into to set up foodservice with one of the schools in Mirny and a small snack bar was opened.

A lot has happened in the past 26 years of the Company’s existence, but it survived both the “hard” 90s, delivery interruptions and financial difficulties. The enterprise, with Galina Fedorovna at its helm, survived and still exists today, moreover, it is thriving.

The Company currently has over 50 employees. It has set up foodservices in 5 schools in the region (this is over 4,000 students) during school time and at summer sites during the holidays. It has opened eight snack bars in municipal organizations (movie theaters, ALROSA Stock Company divisions, schools and tax inspectorate). A hot meals shop on 500 m² and a café-restaurant seating 45 have been commissioned.

The Company has arranged hot meals for various events held in the city and the region, for which it has repeatedly won prizes and awards.

Ryabinushka LLC is an active participant in philanthropy and sponsorship for which it has been recognized often by different foundations and organizations.

Ryabinushka LLC and its director are also recognized on the national level. The company was awarded the certificate “Leader of Russia” for its 2013 financial results. That same year, Galina Fedorovna was awarded the Order “Business-Glory” for outstanding professional skills in management. In 2014, she was given the Order of “Star of Glory. Economics of Russia”, and a year later, was given the title “Honorary Citizen of Russia”. The orders “Patriot of Russia” and “Fidelity to Russia” and a number of public awards are dear to her heart. There were two achievements at the same time in May, 2018: the medal “Entrepreneur of the Year” and the national prize “Impeccable Reputation”.
