Tsel Limited Liability Company has been operating since May 20, 2003.

The company’s activity is based on the author’s developments of its director, Professor V. K. Selishchev, Candidate of Technical Sciences and Dr. of Biology in the field of healing and harmonization of man and society as a whole, namely development and use of energy concentrating devices (ECD).

The ECDs are special devices that through the effect of their own shape create high energy zones around themselves. The devices operate on the basic laws and principles of the Universe: the law of the Golden Ratio, the law of time and space interaction, the law of oscillation of living systems, the law of energy accumulation discovered by Wilhelm Reich, the Star principle, Fullerene principle and the rainbow principle.

The use of these devices in different areas of life permit:

• harmonization of the human physical and psycho-emotional state, helping people to uncover their creative potential,
• optimization of the production process at enterprises in various areas of activity,
• improvement in the state of the environment,
• promotion of the development of agriculture.

In its work, the company gives lectures on a healthy lifestyle, based on:

• Knowledge based on many years of experience of the practical application of ECDs in life,
• the unique knowledge created by the School of Causality, and based on a study of the Universe as a Totality established by Professor and Academician V. P. Goch, Dr. of Biology and Technical Sciences.

It provides consulting to the public on issues of:

• healing through the latest technologies,
• harmonization of interpersonal relationships,
• business optimization,
• eliminating the impact of geo-pathogenic zones,
• rodent extermination.

Tsel LLC is active in exhibiting patented ECD samples both within Russia and abroad. It constantly participates in the Moscow International Salon of Innovations and Innovative Technologies “Archimedes” and the Salon of Inventions and New Technologies “New Time” (Sevastopol).

It has been awarded 120 gold and silver medals, cups and prizes from international exhibitions and salons of inventions. It has 21 patents and over 130 publications.
