The Hospital with 220 beds and the Consultative and Diagnostic Center for 250 visits per shift are at the disposal of expectant mothers and newborns.

One of the priorities is to realize the Mission of the Joint Commission International (JCI): "Continuous improvement in patient safety and quality of health care in the international community by offering education, publications, advisory services, and   international accreditation and certification."

The Family Planning and Reproduction Department and the Medical Genetic Consultation Center located in the consultative and diagnostic unit allow us to provide diagnostic and medical aid to infertile couples based on the “one-stop” principle, offer extensive consultative and diagnostic assistance for patients with hereditary and chromosomal diseases, congenital defects and other pathologies using modern technologies.

The One-Day Clinic, where you can learn about your health condition within one day with high quality standards and at an affordable price, operates in the Consultative and Diagnostic Center. In one visit, you can consult narrow specialists (obstetrician-gynecologist, gynecologist-endocrinologist, pediatric gynecologist, geneticist, endocrinologist, internist, urologist-andrologist, etc.) including full clinical and laboratory examination and modern instrument and radiological diagnostic methods (ultrasonography, electrocardiography, cardiotocography, etc.).

Our specialists not only diagnose the state of health of expectant mothers, but also help them to realize the importance of a healthy lifestyle, correct diet, thinking, movement and understand that the healthy and happy longevity of their child depends on the mother and father.

In 2012, the Neonatal Surgery Department was opened at the Center. At present, the Perinatal Center is the only public health facility in the Republic of Kazakhstan providing surgical care immediately after birth to newborns with congenital defects with critical body weight and gestation period from 32 weeks. The department performs operations involving innovative technologies: myelocele removal, spinal canal plasty with local tissues, cerebral hernia plasty, ventricular subgaleal bypass, external ventricular drainage, patent ductus arteriosus clipping.

The Perinatal Center is headed by the Director, PhD (Medicine), Independent Expert, obstetrician-gynecologist of the highest category, economist, Dina Amangeldinovna Turakbaeva. Specialists of the Center constantly participate in practical international conferences and improve their skills in the near and far abroad.
